Asian Studies Program Study Abroad Scholarship

The Asian Studies Program is pleased to offer a scholarship ($1,000) to help offset the costs associated with studying abroad in Asia. This award provides financial support for UMBC Asian Studies majors and minors studying abroad in East Asia in a semester-long, year-long, or intensive summer (8-week) study abroad program. (Short term, faculty-led trips are not covered in this program). Applications will be accepted in the fall and the deadline is Nov. 1 for the spring programs and Feb. 10 for summer/fall programs.
