2025 SECU MD Foundation scholarship program

In 2025, the SECU MD Foundation will award twelve exceptional transfer college students with a total of $120,000 in scholarships.

We will accept scholarship applications from February 18 – May 2 and announce winners in June.

Scholarship applicants and winners must meet the following eligibility requirements.

1. Be a SECU member in good standing.
2. Be currently enrolled at any of Maryland’s 16 community colleges.
3. Attend a University System of Maryland school for the 2025-26 academic year.
4. Students that have transferred from a Maryland community college to a University System of Maryland school in the last 18 months are also eligible.
