Navy Nuclear Propulsion Collegiate Program

Full-time students pursuing their undergraduate degree in technical fields such as Physics or math, and who have completed both two semester each of Calculus and Physics may be eligible for monthly stipends while they complete their degree. Monthly salary is approximately $5600 for UMBC main campus, and students are also eligible for benefits (such as healthcare) provided to regular Active Duty Navy. Upon graduation, these students are eligible for up to 30,000 bonuses and will have guaranteed jobs as Naval Officers in various Navy nuclear power fields. Eligibility is contingent upon medical screening and students meeting and maintaining qualifying academic standards.
