Navy Civil Engineer Corps Collegiate Program

Full-time students pursuing their undergraduate degree in Engineering may be eligible for up to 24 months of pay and benefits while they complete their degree. Monthly salary is approximately $4500 for UMBC main campus, and students are also eligible for benefits (such as healthcare) provided to regular Active Duty Navy. Upon graduation, these engineering students will have guaranteed jobs as Officers in the Civil Engineer Corps, gaining management, leadership and experience in their field. Eligibility is contingent upon medical screening and students meeting and maintaining qualifying academic standards.
