Gratitude Lodge Scholarship

We want to help the future generation achieve their dreams through an academic scholarship. This is a $1,000 scholarship to a college student who submitted a 500 word essay following this prompt:

Explore the role of societal stigma in hindering individuals from seeking and receiving addiction treatment. Discuss strategies to reduce stigma and promote a more supportive environment for those struggling with addiction.

The deadline for submission is August 30, 2024 and the winner will be contacted on September 9, 2024. Essays can be sent to scholarships@gratitudelodge.com with the subject line: Gratitude Lodge Essay 2024. In addition to this the following will also need to be attached to the email:

• Picture of applicant’s ID
• Proof of applicant’s attendance at a University as of Fall 2024

Finally, unless specified otherwise, we will feature the winner of our scholarship on our website and social media. It will be a picture of the winner, what they are studying and what they are passionate about.
