S. Knapple Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a concentration in the study of the German Language, in order to assist the Modern Languages Department at UMBC in the recruitment and retention of able German Language students.
The S. Knapple Scholarship Fund was established in June 1991 by Ms. Sophie Knapple and Ms. Elizabeth Kiersarsky in honor of Sophie Knapple.
