Francis J. Plogman Memorial Endowment

This scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Modern Languages and Linguistics at UMBC.

The Francis J. Plogman Memorial Endowment was established in August 1999 by the Modern Languages and Linguistics Department at UMBC, in memory of Francis J. Plogman. A former student, Plogman maintained a continuing interest and contact with the Department and made contributions to its programs up until the time of his death.
