Vijay Jose Scholarship

Vijay Jose Scholarship is provided to support IS or BTA junior or seniors who have been impacted by UMBC campus activities.

The student must:
*Be a Junior or Senior
*Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
*Active in UMBC student activities
*Major in Information Systems or Business Technology Administration
*Provide an explanation on how they have been impacted by UMBC campus activities

Vijay was an IS student who enjoyed many campus activities while at UMBC. Therefore, preference will be given to a student who demonstrates an interest and is active in UMBC student life.

Applicants are asked to submit an essay detailing what involvement in UMBC student life means to them. Applicants must also submit a resume and unofficial transcript with the essay and common application form.
