Richard and Roselyn Neville Memorial Fund

The purpose of the fund is to provide need-based scholarships for junior or senior level undergraduate returning student who is matriculating for a Bachelor’s degree and who demonstrates good academic promise. This scholarship is open to students of all backgrounds who have a demonstrated interest in or understanding of the issues and challenges facing individuals who have experienced a hardship or interruption in their pursuit of their first bachelor’s degree.

The Richard and Roselyn Neville Memorial Fund was established in 1992 by Richard F. Neville, Faculty Emeritus of UMBC, in memory of Roselyn Bryson Neville.
