Theatre Department Scholarship

Department of Theatre Scholarships are awarded to multiple theatre students each year on the basis of academic accomplishment and service to the department. This merit-based scholarship is funded by ticket sales from UMBC Theatre productions. Scholarship awards range from $500 to $2,000 and are applied directly to tuition. The number of awards and individual award amounts will depend upon the strength of the application and available funding. Students must have spent a minimum of two semesters of study as a theatre major at UMBC to apply for this scholarship.
