Alumni Endowed Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students entering their senior year at UMBC.

The Alumni Endowed scholarship was established in October 1991 by the Board of Directors of the UMBC Alumni Association, Inc.

Scholarship funds will be split equally in the fall and spring semesters. Students who are scheduled to graduate in December 2024 will receive half of the scholarship award in the fall 2024 semester only. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must have a FAFSA on file.

Students who are selected to receive the Alumni Association Scholarships will be required to attend the Annual Alumni Awards event that will take place in October 2024.

As a note, remember that students who are children or grandchildren of UMBC Alumni are also eligible for the Alumni Legacy Scholarship. Please note: If you apply for both the General and Legacy scholarships, you will only be considered to receive one.
