Gary G. Rupert Scholarship Endowment

The Gary G. Rupert Scholarship Endowment was established in June 2005 by UMBC to honor Gary G. Rupert for his 27 years of service and dedication to the University and the Emergency and Disaster Health Systems field.

The purpose of the Gary G. Rupert Scholarship is to provide scholarship support to deserving students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Emergency Health Services (EHS) and who have a demonstrated record of community service and leadership.

NOTE: Service or activities performed as part of current or previous academic requirements do not apply to this scholarship’s criteria.
