Jay Freyman Endowment Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is awarded to students of the Honors College who are seeking an international learning experience, which may include a semester abroad program, an international research opportunity, participation in an Honors College study-travel program or other possibilities that are in keeping with the purpose.

The Jay Freyman Endowment Scholarship Fund was established in February 2005 by UMBC in honor and recognition of Dr. Jay Freyman and the 11 years he served as Director of the Honors College at the University.
