Gregory Schwerdt Endowed Memorial Scholarship

This merit and need-based scholarship is awarded to students in the College of Engineering and Information Technology who meet the qualifications listed below.

The Gregory Schwerdt Endowed Memorial Scholarship was established in 2013 in memory of Gregory Schwerdt.

Qualifications:
Full-time student
Completed gateway requirements for Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering major
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Demonstrates a commitment to the success of students with mental or physical disabilities or illnesses, or is a student with a mental or physical illness as documented by UMBC Student Support Services.
Demonstrated financial need
