Simpson, Elsie and Michele Fantt Scholarship Fund

This merit and need based scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students from either Baltimore City, Prince George’s County, or Maryland’s Eastern Shore public schools who demonstrate an understanding of the issues and challenges facing African-American females.

The Simpson, Elsie and Michele Fantt Scholarship was established in July 2008 by Michele Fantt Harris.
