Rodney C. Adkins Endowed Scholarship Fund

This merit-based scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who are active and participating member of UMBC’s chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and who have obtained at least sophomore status in the College of Engineering and Information Technology. Further consideration will be given to students who have a demonstrated commitment to increasing the representation of underrepresented students, including African Americans, in engineering and information technology disciplines.

The Rodney C. Adkins Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2015.
