Diane Zdenek Classical Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is awarded to incoming students at UMBC who plan to major in Ancient Studies and who has demonstrated outstanding academic accomplishments. Preference will be given to high school graduates from Howard County. In the event no incoming student meets the criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to a current Ancient Studies major to support his/her ability to participate in the Ancient Studies study/travel programs.

The Diane Zdenek Classical Scholarship Fund was established in December 1997 by Robert Zdenek.
