Jacqueline C. Hrabowski Endowment Fund

This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of youth from under-resourced communities through their academic endeavors and community service activities at the University.

The Jacqueline C. Hrabowski Endowment Fund was established in April 1997 by Freeman A. Hrabowski, III, President of UMBC.

Applications should include Resume and Responses to the Essay questions below:

Describe challenges that Baltimore currently faces. What do you propose as possible solutions to overcome these challenges? How do you know that these strategies work? Identify organizations that are tackling these issues.
